A piece of a letter which we received last year from a competitor's parent;

"My daughter competed in the intro section on the Saturday. Having been rather worried about the weather, the day turned out very well. It reminded me of why we compete  - helpful  organisers, secretaries that really do smile, stewards that do care and account for the nerves even for the non professionals and generally an efficient day with a great cross section of competitors. My daughter is rarely placed due to the fact that she likes to "hunt" her dressage test - but coming to such a lovely course and being treated well makes it all worthwhile and encourages her to continue with her riding ambitions. "
